A brief History of Special Needs in the Jewish Community, the inception of G.R.O.W. A – person centered approach - Teaching Independent Life Skills by focusing on individual goals and using person-centred strategies, G.R.OW. offers individuals a unique and rich opportunity to strive for new heights. Through participation in the program young adults gain a higher level of independence, positioning them for more independent decision-making and employment opportunities.
