Only one word separates "Jets" from "Jews." Is that a coincidence? Probably. Is it still worth exploring? Definitely. In this interactive conversation, we will take a look at the many ways in which sports and religion overlap. We will especially examine the idea of "tribe" as embody in both Jewish peoplehood and sports fandom, identifying ways in which forms of collective identity can simultaneously be a danger and a blessing. We will also share our own sports stories and memories!
